Counseling
You don't need all the answers. Therapy is a place to slow down, find clarity, and better understand your story.
Why Is Therapy Valuable?
Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what to do.
It's making sense of what you're experiencing.
Most people don't come to counseling because they lack information. They come because life has become harder to understand.
Maybe the anxiety doesn't make sense. Or the same relationship patterns keep repeating. Or you're wondering why you feel stuck. Therapy is a place to slow down.
A place to find clarity, better understand yourself, and discover new ways of relating to others.
You Don't Have It All Figured Out
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from counseling. Many people begin therapy simply because they want to understand themselves better. Maybe you've found yourself thinking:
I thought I'd be further along by now.
Why do I keep reacting this way?
I'm anxious, but I don't know why.
I feel stuck.
Something needs to change.
Those questions aren't signs that you've failed. They're often invitations to pay closer attention.
My Approach
I believe the path toward becoming begins with understanding who we are.
That's why my first goal isn't to offer advice or quick solutions. It's to help you notice what may be difficult to see on your own, better understand yourself, and discover new ways of relating to others.
When we begin to understand ourselves more clearly, we're better able to respond with wisdom, freedom, and intention. My hope is that counseling becomes a place where you feel deeply heard, explore your story honestly, and continue becoming the person you're meant to be.
What You Can Expect
Counseling isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating the space to ask honest questions.
Together, we'll slow down, pay attention to your experiences, and explore what's shaping the way you think, relate, and respond.
As understanding grows, so does your ability to make wise decisions, navigate relationships with greater intention, and respond to life's challenges with freedom rather than fear.
My hope is that every session helps you take one more step in that direction.

Faith & Counseling
My Christian faith shapes the way I understand people, relationships, and growth.
If faith is an important part of your life and you'd like it to be part of counseling, I'm glad to integrate it into our work together.
If not, we'll focus on the goals that matter most to you. My aim is always to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and free to explore whatever you're carrying.

Let's Start a Conversation
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes growth starts with a single conversation. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
